What we hold
Account details, project keys and the queries you make. Mission data you upload stays in your workspace and is never used to train shared models.
Observation data
Sensor observations we collect belong to the shared record. Where an operator supplies proprietary ephemerides, those are restricted to that operator's workspace.
Residency
Agency deployments can be pinned to a single region with no telemetry egress. Standard workspaces are hosted in the European Union.
Retention
Query logs are kept for ninety days for billing and abuse prevention, then deleted. Exports you generate are yours to keep after any cancellation.
